Shipping is provided for FREE to over 200 countries around the world. There may occasionally be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will get in touch with you.
Please, note that due to high demand, our order processing time takes 5-7 business days. Items will then be dispatched from our fulfillment and distribution center in China or USA, depending on the item’s availability. They are shipped via ePacket, EMS, or USPS.
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 weeks (21-49 business days), excluding our processing time, and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. However, the duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.
Please note that order shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside of our control such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing delays, natural disasters, holidays, and other unforeseen events. We are unable to cancel or refund an order that has already been shipped and is en route to your location due to any of the aforementioned factors. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait and be patient.

All orders come with tracking information, which will be sent via email after the order has been shipped. Make sure you provide a valid email address during checkout.
Due to logistical reasons, if you order more than one item, items may arrive in different packages, at a different time.
If you don’t receive your purchase within our guaranteed time (90 business days) after order dispatch, we will gladly refund your entire order.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes due. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Please check the customs regulations in your country accordingly.
My tracking shows the parcel was “delivered”, but I haven’t received it, what will I do?
You should contact your local shipping company or post office (i.e. USPS, FedEx, etc.) to check the status of the parcel as the delivery of it is beyond our control. You are also suggested to check with your family members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf. Our shop is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have already been successfully delivered as shown in the tracking system. You should file a claim directly to the courier or shipping company.
