How do I place an order?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. There may occasionally be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will get in touch with you.
How do you ship packages?
Packages are shipped from our warehouse and fulfillment center in Hongkong and China via ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
What about customs?
Please be guided that we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Please check the customs regulations in your country accordingly.
When will I receive my item(s) after I place an order?
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 weeks (excluding our processing time of 5-7 business days) and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. However, the duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Please note that order shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside of our control such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, natural disasters, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to cancel or refund the merchandise that has already been shipped and is en route to your location due to any of the aforementioned events.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order has been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking information is normally available within the next few days of dispatch. Make sure you provide a valid email address during checkout.
How do I track an order? Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information for your reference. Please note that the included international tracking is not optimal and might not be updated regularly.
My tracking says “No information available at the moment.” What does it mean?
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-10 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
